@alphasamahd it kinda is and isn't. The man can be convicted, but if there is no proof by a minimum of 2 people she will be at fault.

@powbobs hypocrite people like you are the reason the world goes to hell. Islam is judged by its followers. If they fall, the islam falls too. You sound so pretentious it is disgusting. Who are you to judge me? Islam teaches not to judge people. I am a critical thinker, a true leader leads it doesn't follow the path of his fathers. If you can't do that, then you are the one who isn't fit to lead nor to have children.

@ekuzo4 every country has different laws, even among those who have sharia. The sharia of prophet Muhammed was different from the sharia now. In my opinion if you can't do it right don't bother. Justice should be the most important thing ever.
