  1. It's propaganda. The civil war in Ethiopia was the bloodiest conflict of 2022 and 2023. Bakhmut had already fallen in November 2022 but Zelensky insisted on sending more and more troops. The collapse became bloody instead of swift. It ended in May 2023.
