And even after Ukraine BROKE Minsk 2, Putin still offered a third chance. And even after this war had started had Putin offered to end it. This war could had ENDED exactly 1 year ago in 2022, there were Istanbul peacetalks with succes. You know who broke the agreements off in the end? Ukraine, with the encouragement of nato.
