  3.  @ronlumsden3164  The West will escalate, that is plain. The West has put every single chip they have on Ukraine, their entire wealth, status, being. Everything. If Russia wins and conquers Donbas, then the West will collapse. Russia's goals are de-millitarizing and de-nazifying Ukraine, and on top of that properly integrating the newly conquered regions. They can take their time doing so. Nato's goals are sending Russia from Ukraine and then basically destroying Russia as a nation. The West has no time. The USA is set to default on their debts by June. They will probably raise the debt limit, but that is not a good thing. Countries are dumping their US bonds, meaning the world is de-dollarizing. The longer this war goes on, the bigger the damage it will be on the US empire. This either ends quickly, or the USA and nato loses.
