  1. I don't think they think like that. They fear polarisation. Slavery was much worse under arabs and even under fellow african tribes and kingdoms. The brits were the slave owners, the US inherited the slaves after independence in 1776. In 1865 slavery was abolished. That is just 90 years of american slavery. We are pushing false propoganda. Most white people of today weren't in America then, there ancestors came much later and only the 1% of that time owned slaves.
