  3. Design of the USA, yes. EU will get dissolved, the neo-cons have won in that aspect. But Europe will survive. Countries will go solo and make friendship with China and Russia, and move away from the USA. Nato too will dissolve. I don't know what the neo-cons were thinking, but killing off EU will mean the end of the USA. De-dollarisation is the future.
