  3.  @Noodleanrgry  Companies are already leaving Europe. There is de-industralization happening. Also, don't forget about the inflation reduction act as well. Europe can't spend too much on weapons, they don't have cheap energy to do that and keep themselves afloat. Europe is dependent on the USA for weapons and energy, that is where most of their spending will go too.
