The political decisions taken by the parliaments of the countries or int organizations, have no legal validity and enforcing. If there is a real genocide, why do not any decision of an international court. Why weak Armenian government rejected proposal to open the archives of Turkey and joint history commission? Because there is no concrete evidence in the archives. Though, I do not think they have an archive heritage. I'm sure Protector Russia is better destination for historical archives.
