Greece. Turkey and the United Kingdom likewise undertake to prohibit, so faras concerns them, any activity aimed at promoting, directly or indirectly . either union of Cyprus with anyother State or partition of the island.. In short, 1960 United Republic of Cyprus has violated the agreement with violence and dream of ENOSIS!  And this agreement currently valid and Turkey will continue to protect of Turkish Cypriots rights as a guarantor country..
