  2. Russia’s saving money buying Western weapons from Ukraine military at a big discount. Easy transaction just leave them behind when you retreat per agreement or just meet them at night and hand them over. They don’t even have to use the black market, Russia just gets their location and not target them of course. Thanks Alex it’s all becoming clear.
