  1. Never heard the UN say this about Afghanistan Iraq Syria Libya Yugoslavia or any other conflicts the West started. Obvious who pays them off, what about the grain and fertilizer that the Western Sanctions are withholding form poor countries. Just pathetic organization and the Secretary General was supposed to make sure the grain from Ukraine went to the poorest countries. Tells us all we need to know about him.
