  1. Lena is this the last gasp of the USA and Western Europeans trying to maintain control of the world’s monetary system. I don’t think that Eurasia and the Arab league will go along with this because they are trying to throw off the Western Yoke once and for all. The BRICS, SCO, Aseon,EEU And Arab league are setting up a Block Chain settlement system outside the Western system so they can get away from the Western Sanctions and have fair trade. This is being fast tracked because the Western system is corrupt in the extreme. Am l missing something ??
