Is the IMF just actually, just the Basically, the US federal reserve in the world bank basically the ECB using predatory loan practices to keep countries down and impoverished and basically enslaved. All they have to do is get somebody elected. They Can get to sign a predatory loan that will impoverish their countrymen for generations. How else could the West be living so much better than all the other countries and not working as hard. Just a curiosity question.
