  1. Blowing up the damn givies Ukraine an excuse for holding up their offensive, now it’s too muddy. If l was a Ukrainen who didn’t want to fight then this is a good plan. If l was NATO and knew the offensive was going to fail, well they’ve been targeting a nuclear power plant the damn is easily destroyed. Kinda reminds you of the pipelines doesn’t it.
