Russia’s raised their interest rate to 20% then lowered them to 17% , 15% , 9.5%, 8% . They raised their minimum wage rate 10% pensions by 10% to offset the inflation. Putin’s already told German chancellor Schulz that relationship will never get back to what it was. You can take that turbine as evidence of that Russia’s signs 50 Billion dollar deal with Iran. Sorry My friend but BRICS is the future Russia’s moving on The Europeans will never get cheap natural resources again your standards of living will never be the same. Russia’s got more natural resources than any other country on the planet with plenty of friends in Africa, Latin America and Eurasia. That’s just the way it is.
