Is it possible that the SCO watching the West and their arrogance set a trap knowing that once the West started implementing their plan they would not accept that they have made an incredible blunder, that their arrogance and incompetence wouldn’t let them stop. And now have an opportunity to destroy the Western hegemony once and for all. The West isn’t getting the cooperation they thought they would from countries that don’t seem to be intimidated. Thanks Alexander you make me think about other possibilities.
