that's why there is no true "Loyalty" from Americans. Jim Rogers said it very clear. He will pick countries that allows multiple passports, so he can escape when things go bad in the country that he is currently living in. Singapore should make sure that he is paying every single cent of tax whilst he is staying there.

@peanut0brain He is not even loyal to the USA cos he chooses to live in Singapore. He is only American cos the US allows citizens to hold multiple passports.
