  1. Hey BM1 you make yourself sound like a moron and insults your viewers intelligence by asking the dumbest question of how did China come to inherit the tallest ghost building? China didn't inherit it but a failure of the private developers running out of funds. Simple as that and there are countless examples around the world with some nations facing even more embarrassing situations. Such as the railway project in Germany still not completed after 25yrs to start with.
