I wouldn't be surprised if he is working in China or somehow affiliated with a Chinese firm. It is time for the west to get over the fact that China have succeeded where most are still working to achieve. Treat us like an equal or nothing will change in your petty world. The WILL to survive and the INSTINCTS of self preservation is an unstoppable force of nature especially when the whole world wants to see you and your people fail.
