Westerners only missed the British colonised version of Hong-Kong. Cos, they could do almost anything and get away with it. The Hong-Kongers weren't even given the rights to vote to elect the Governor of Hong-Kong from 1841-42 - 1997. Only the UK government in England had that privilege. So, they will always have control. The only place the Hong-Kongers was allowed to vote was at the municipal level. So! Yeah! We the Chinese people disagree with you on thus one. Mike. OKAY. If you want to know about the good stuff that the Hong-Kongers are going to benefit from what the Chinese government has planned for Hong-Kong through the Hong-Kong government. Such as building affordable housing, guaranteed basic universal healthcare, free education for those that can't afford to pay from kindergarten to year 6 and more.
