  3. President Putin's personal wealth is probably more than most country's reserves and he will not react well to intimidations or threats so will lash out unexpectedly. The west are so dumb cos those countries will take the handouts but will continue to work with China by saying the funds have ran out. The scammers are already salivating waiting for this to roll out.
