If the person is pre-disposed to mental issues then I think the drug use will further exasperate the problems and no doubts that drug use will have negative affects even on a physically healthy and mentally sound person over long periods of time! The same goes for alcohol, cigarrettes, prescription drugs etc etc

  21. Politicians that have been in power for 10-20yrs+ have lost sight, convictions, compassions and why they were elected and sworn to serve in the first place!
