  1. It all depends on the individual's state of health both physically and mentally prior to drug use. If the person is pre-disposed to mental issues then I think the drug use will further exasperate the problems and no doubts that drug use will have negative affects even on a physically healthy and mentally sound person over long periods of time! The same goes for alcohol, cigarrettes, prescription drugs etc etc
