@4pharaoh I am willing to listen to what the hundreds of doctors, nurses, professor and researchers have to say but it has to come from a reputable source. I am not interested in personal websites bc have no means to verify the validity of them.

Because once your health is damaged, who is going to fix it? You? The doctors? Not likely. No, I do not want to live in a world of fear and we aren't living in a world of fear. There is a problem (COVID-19) and solutions are required to get rid of that problem.

@4pharaoh I looked on wikipedia what that was. So, it is a platform to help spread of the COVID-19 virus. My pet theory is that such people have psychological problems, or are hyper religious (christians) focused on the book of Revelations, or it is a planned move from China to destabilise the western powers by weakening the healthcare system and political will of the western countries.

I think it is one of the mottos behind the scientific method. But in practical terms, can we really go through life by not believing anyone? Can we really go through the hundreds of thousands of research papers that humanity has created since the beginning of time and verify every single experiment. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the time or resources to check every single piece of research. The same goes for scientists. There is some prior knowledge that they simply trust and they move forward with their research. And what about history? There are plenty of things that I did not witness for myself. Should build a time machine and verify things for myself? You seem to be under the impression that Main Stream Media is lying to you. You aren’t the only one. There seems to be multi millions of such people. I am curious so I must ask: why? What convinced you that you are being lied to? What are you being lied about? Is it because of religious reasons? Do you go to church? Did your church leader say that they are lying to you?

For example, one person who was on the inside gave us source code coming from Microsoft. It was their source code for OpenGL. It is a good idea to be prepared to face major disasters. For example, wikipedia mentions Operation Dark Winter. During the cold war, they would prepare people with sirens. In Montreal, that is where I live, there is a cheese making plant called Saputo. Each year, they blow the siren and do a simulation. All the neighborhood around the plant can hear it. A lot of other companies do it as well, specially chemical plants and plants that use chemicals or liquid air or liquid nitrogen, etc. It’s not just Bill Gates that has predicted a global pandemic involving a virus or bacteria. I have predicted it. My brother has predicted it. My mother has predicted it. Cousins and family and such as well. It doesn’t take a genius to make such predictions.

@4pharaoh I don’t think that getting the vaccine will make this problem go away because the virus has spread quite a bit. As it spends time in various human hosts, it will gain some mutations. Some of it will be damaging to itself but some will help it gain new features. This has already happened. There is a South African and an England strain already. It’s the same with he HIV virus and basically, all viruses and bacteria. Which one was the virus that was completely eliminated? Small pox. That one didn’t have so many hosts so the vaccine method worked. But who knows, maybe it still exists somewhere, in some animal. The other reason the vaccine method will fail is that there is fear about it and there are religious aspects to all this. There is a counter culture happening. Therefore, such people will help the spread of the virus. I asked you if you are religious but you didn’t answer. Why not be honest with me? In countries where the government beats up the people, such as China, they can handle such disasters and they have. Countries that don’t have a counter culture, such as South Korea and Japan will be able to handle this disaster. No, I’m not saying that you should just stick to youtube. I’m saying that anybody can rent a server, setup a forum and creatively spread information. I use to get letters telling me that I have to send a copy of a letter to 10 people or else something bad will happen to me. That’s just one example. @4pharaoh The cool-aid expression comes from a certain christian group that committed suicide by drinking flavor aid. It was a church started by a paranoid person named Jim Jones. He killed himself and his men gunned down a politician and his aids. Most of the science deniers these days seem to be of that type, such as you. The flu is still around. You can get tested and they can tell you. If you test positive for COVID-19, you get added to the database and this gets reported on the news and various other official outlets. There is no reason to think that the government is out to get you. Stop reading random stories from people you don’t know on the web. Like I said, any bozo can rent a webserver, setup a forum, a blog and spread none sense on the web. The web is an open platform and any none professional can sit behind the keyboard and anonymously spread rumors. The COVID-19 is not going to go away easily in freedom loving countries such as Canada, USA, Australia. It’s going to cripple the economy further and cause more health damage since there are people helping it spread. People like you. There is always a price to pay. That’s what I told a native american some weeks ago. He thinks that abandoning his ancestral ways and living the european lifestyle is good. Granted, he is making good money. But, there is always a price to pay. @SheCat1964 His primary comment is that the politicians should take a big pay cut now that the world is in crisis. I would say that the same applies to doctors, administrators, research scientists and so on and that includes me as well. The company where I work at, nobody's salary has been cut but they let go of my manager. The reality is that we are all human, we consume about the same amount of food energy, the same amount of energy, same amount of gasoline and other products. So, why should some people make 10 times the amount of another person? I assume that taxes will be raised for 2020 to cover for the huge deficit.

@SheCat1964 I'm not one of those crying freedom this and that. I agree with the lockdown. For the salaries, the economy went into the toilet so we all have to make sacrifices. They can still work. Money isn't fuel. It isn't gasoline. It isn't electricity. The only fuel that a human needs is food and I think some people can handle a pay cut.

He makes it sound that the Moderna vaccine is highly damaging. How is it that this went unnoticed by Moderna and the testers? One source says: After trials on more than 30,000 people showed the Moderna vaccine to be 94 percent effective against Covid-19. There is a batch of 500,000 that has been shipped to Britain. Also, Dr. Charles D. Hoffe must have obtained the vaccine from somewhere, right? Why is he sending a letter to Dr. Bonnie Henry instead of contacting his doctors association? This doctor must have other doctors that he contacts, right? He isn’t alone I imagine. At least in the chemistry world and elsewhere, researchers have contacts. His letter only has his name. He says numerous allergic reactions, with two cases of anaphylaxis but why doesn’t he give a number? He says: So in short, in our small community of Lytton, BC, we have one person dead, and three people who look as though they will be permanently disabled, following their first dose of the Moderna vaccine. And that’s on 900 administration of the vaccine. I would say that that is a very nasty vaccine but the problem is Dr. Charles D. Hoffe is alone it seems. His open letter is only present on anti-vaxer websites rather than websites belonging to the medical community.

So in essence, you are claiming that near 100% of these specific professionals are behaving unprofessionally.
