That's the USA. They always assign millions to one inidvidual instead of giving jail time or instead of spreading the money. Also, it is just a judgement that will be challenged in a appeals court and probably will be reduced and maybe Guliani won't pay it at all.

I find that news outlets copy each other. When one reports about Ukraine, the others do as well. They talk about it for months and just don't mention other issues going on in the world. Before that, it was about the USA leaving Agganistan. They talked about it for weeks and suddenly, they forgot about it. Before that. it was about ISIS. They talked about it for a year and suddenly, ....slicence. Now, I almost don't hear about Ukraine. They talk about Israel non stop.
