It gets into business wars. For example, getting rid of Sadam from Iraq helps the USA get more petrol. For Afganistan, it was about getting rid of the taliban and instituting a pro-USA and pro-business government. The USA has done the same in Uganda, Cuba, Bolivia, etc. In the case of Cuba, they failed to take control of the country.

  3.  @Commentsurveillance  What NATO needs is more countries that are against Russia and Turkey is an allie of Russia and the USA doesn't know what to do about that. The USA has placed some sanctions on Turkey that is still ongoing.
