  2.  @ILovePink-x1v  in the entire history of Canadian legal history, voluntary intoxication (was once under autonomous actions) were maybe used once or twice. The problem is most people use this as a felony, which often requires a jury. It doesn’t look good when saying you were drunk at the time of incident
