  1. As someone who work in this field, I’d like to clarify a few things 1. Vaccine you take as a kid need multiple shots because children immune system has a shorter memory. 2. You are still better off getting the second dose, as it is empirically proven that it gives significant less chance of infection 3. The report Kyle pointed out about the booster shot should be a communication letter on a journal, not full scale study. I’d refer to your doctor if you have doubt about this
