  1. PPS WW2 was a boom for the U.S. .. It came out much stronger economically than it went into the war .. There was a cost in people but business boomed .. The rich got richer and businesses saw high profits .. Banks had more cash than they knew what to do with .. More people were employed making better wages than before the war .. As the 1% say "war is good for business."
