Most people in care facilities depend on Medicaid to pay most of the cost to stay there .. with defunding medicaid a lot of people will be sent home and many jobs will be lost or facilities closed .. hospitals have been know to dump patients on the streets .. if you see old people wandering the streets in hospital gowns don't be surprised
