  2. the government agency that manages health care signup and financing has nothing to do with the care giving.... that is the medical profession and the insurance companies responsibility ,,,,,they are PRIVATE corporations not run by the government

  3. Civsuccess2 how do u get that ? will the private for profit health care system refuse to treat people ? I think they would be sued big time for refusing to provide health care...the CDC is the agency for such emergencies...what is needed is a single payer system not a for profit system
