Look how the government is doing just like it did during 9/11 ... Everything was set up to fail during 9/11 from the multiple war games which were not suspended until after the end of the attacks, commanding officials being AWOL from their post and the mysterious failure of communications ... creating the illusion of a plague is just as powerful as a real plague... What people believe is true is just as valid as what is actually true... Psychological warfare is an old trick ..
