  1. another right wing revisionist trying to rewrite history...Britain in the 1970's was where the US is now...it's industry had been exported no investment by the corporations into the factories ...the wealth system of landed aristocrats began to fall apart in the 1800's as industry replaced wealth from farming and other land based industry...what revitalized Britain was the financial system...the same banking bubble that spread and grew around the world...like in the US it came to be the largest part of the economy...with the bailouts maintained it's status and grew ready for the next collapse
