  2. +Phillip Barber don't forget the Reagan administration....with investigations, indictments or convictions of over 138 administration officials, the largest number for any US president ... problem is nobody was indicted or convicted because no one was investigated during Bush's terms...that tells you the people guilty of the crimes ran the system....I think Bush could have beat Reagan's record
