How can anyone think that central banks are the answer when they are the cause of the problem...they own the congress / president and manipulate the system for only their advantage...the elite are on the verge of taking total control ....the political system is corrupt to the core ....any change will have to come from outside the US....WW3 is around the corner before 2020 ....I think 2016-2017 with a new false flag attack to justfy the new wave to fascist plutocracy control...look for RFID chips soon after the false flag attack like they did with the Patriot Act ...they will say it's for our protection and to end  the use of cash to stablize the banks
