  1. yep.. it is no secret that the IMF is part of the tools the elite use to extract concessions from 3rd world countries to make it easier for them to plunder the country's wealth... they make deals to loan money t o countries but that money is spent with foreign corporations building infrastructure and other projects that benefit the wealthy then puts the burden on the poor to pay of the loans... when the country defaults on the loan they IMF takes the resources for the benefit of the wealthy
