Yes, it is very wrong for that 6 year old to have access to a gun and to take it to school. His parents and all parent who are negligent with weapons, should be held accountable and charged. To add, the US is NOT the best country in the world. Dubai deserves the throne of the best. It is clean, safe, no homelessness, no tent cities, they are smart enough to use the profits from their oil industry on infrastructure, healthcare and education. Also, they are strict with criminals and immigration.
