You know what’s very upsetting, learning at a very late stage in life, the military isn’t actually there to protect national security but they are only protecting certain people financial interests. Those elite supremacists might serve or have their children serve but they will be in offices, away from the battlefield (to claim they served) while the peasants loses their lives and limbs to come back to poor care. I guarantee you most service members haven’t put that together yet. Another frustrating thing is seeing how they waste so much money on everyone else but on the tax payers themselves. Here’s something else, last year I traveled internationally and had an opportunity to speak to many people of different cultures and religions I wouldn’t have spoken to if I stayed in this country. (Even when I was in the military and went to other countries, we didn’t really interact with others unless we worked with them.) We, as a country, have been manipulated for a long time. The US isn’t always the good guys and they have done some bad things in the world why we are hated. Wouldn’t you hate someone if they stole your land, your resources, killed your fathers/husbands/sons and ‘hurt’ some of the women under the guise of ‘helping’ them? Again, it took me a long time to learn and see what’s happening but when you learn and see it, it cannot be unseen. Anyway, I can go on and on and on but I’ll stop here to breathe. Have a good day.
