  2. Days ago, I read where a Niger said, this country have lots of valuable resources, uranium, diamonds, gold and oil, there is no reason why they should be poor. They need to find people who will help them sell their goods on the international market that are not crooked countries. Niger have a choice; the US/West bribing them, dollars for rainbow or China/Russia money for their infrastructure and the military. It’s like Sophie Choice.
