  31. I’m confuse, more likely infuriated. In the mid 90s, when I was active duty military, and there was threats to a government shut down. We were warned that our pay will be affected. Fast forward years later, when there were threats of a government shut down again, we were told our pay will be protected. During Trump administration when there was a government shut down, military pay was protected. So now these people are back to threatening, saying that military pay will be affected again. Which is it? Who is lying and is using the military pay as a political stunt?
