  1. Politicians don’t want to fix the social security and Medicaid problem. It is just like homelessness, crime, healthcare for most that they do not want to fix these problems because they will lose their power to use it to campaign on.😊

  2. Of course it can be done by freezing spending. But I will add, conduct an audit while in that freeze. The only payment should be for social security/Medicaid for the people who pay taxes and keep junior military members payments ONLY. Everything else after the audit, if they proved their money is not wasted, it can resume. But definitely stop the pork, NGOs, pet projects and foreign aid spending.
