  1. I’m not wealthy at all. As a matter of fact, my taxable income is in the low income range but I am financially free to buy whatever I want. My only debt is a mortgage (was new construction when bought 5 years ago) and car note, living within 25% of my income. I listen to financial planners and I find it is now so rare to find people living financially free who feel they don’t have to live like Jones and don’t have credit card or other debt.
