It is interesting how this gentleman just said how it’s not the down payment banks are concerned about, but it’s the ability for people to repay their loan is a major factor. If this is true, are banks going to reconsider how they distribute student loans especially now when so many people are crying that they are not going to be repay it? And also, why are banks silent as this administration is pushing banks to loan money to illegal immigrants who have no credit history, no collateral, no financial history, no job, no ability to repay that loan? Things are so screwed up right now.
