If those black leaders really care about their constituents especially the black ones, they would work to improve those communities, invest in their education, reduce crime and do what’s needed to improve property values. But none of them are doing that. All of those communities are regressing not improving. Meanwhile, those same politicians are getting wealthier, living in safe neighborhoods and can afford to send their kids to private schools. It is a shame they play on those people to keep them dumb.
