He is supposed to be a major mogul but seems to be in denial of what is happening. Education is like the homeless programs. It is designed to enriched the politicians and organizers but not fix the problems which is the reason why politicians DO NOT want to fix it. If it gets fixed, they will lose that income stream. Actually, it is for this same reason nothing ever gets fix because its failure is an income stream to politicians and the organizers who were their donors.
