  1. This conversation is making me think back to a time when I really wasn’t paying attention to interest rate. Back in 2005, we had a contract on a $550,000 house in HI and the payment was $3,200. It fell through and we voided the contract because we were not going to move to HI again. That same house is probably worth over $1 million now. Damn. Damn. Damn.
