  1. This is why consumers need to organize a boycott of all businesses that is allowing retail thefts. Those businesses are not sucking up that $160 BILLION. They are putting those costs on law abiding customers. That’s not fair to us. Boycott to affect their bottom line to force them to go to the local governments to make them change those policies. Bread don’t cost $900 or $500 or even $50 dollars. It is ridiculous this is allowed to be going on.
