I believe he spoke to the campaign, the same way he spoke to Trump campaign. He is friendly like that. But I also believe they blew him off the same way biden/harris blew off Ice Cube when he met with them about the Platinum plan. Chance are, Trump will quicker give him a cabinet position in healthcare than what Scamala will give him.
