  1. Once again, Iran is correct. DEI is racism, and Mark Cuban is a soy boy. Hiring based on merit is the best way. Keep in mind what’s happening right now. School systems are dumbing down education where students don’t have to know how to read, write and do math in order to graduate. The same people who are pushing that and support dumbing down education are the same people who want to make sure those kids who can’t read, write and do math get priority acceptance into college. Additionally, those same people want the same kids who can’t read, write and do math who got into college not knowing how to and still can’t read, write and do math are supposed to be prioritized to get the top jobs when they can’t read, write and do math. Make that make sense
