  1. As much as this might be hard to do, I think Trump should sell his building in NY and buy another 5* hotel in a red state. Walk away from that headache because it is not worth it to pay any taxes in that state. There is a Trump hotel in Scotland that was sold out for over a month when I was trying to schedule my European trip to stay there. I couldn’t get to reserve a room so I just stayed in Edinburgh and continued to other countries. Maybe he should try to put his mark in Dubai. That is a growing safe city.
